This class is intended for ENTRY LEVEL string players who have been learning to play an instrument (violin, viola, cello, bass) for approximately two years, and would like to audition for the the Spokane Youth Strings for the Spokane Youth Symphony's 2023-24 season. 

The goal is to assist students to prepare for auditions by making available instrument-specific classes with qualified teachers who will help the students learn the required audition music in a group lesson format. Parents will also receive information about the audition process and the Spokane Youth Symphony.

The class will take place on four Monday afternoons from 4-5 p.m. on the following dates:
August 7, 14, 21, and 28 at St. John's Cathedral, 127 E. 12th Ave.  The fee for all four sessions is $30, payable by credit card or check.
