Junior Symphonic Orchestra: Conductor

Paul received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Western Washington University where he majored in musical composition and violin performance. He received a conducting fellowship at the C.W. Post Pierrrot Consort Music Festival with Miriam Burns and also participated in the Conductor’s Institute at South Carolina and the Conductor’s Guild in Seattle as well as the Festival at Sandpoint with Gunther Schuller. Paul studied composition and conducting at SUNY Stony Brook in New York where he earned his Master of Music degree and attended the Julliard School where he studied conducting with Michael Charry.  He was the founding Music Director for the Atlantic Philharmonic Orchestra in Long Island, New York and conducted at the Stony Brook Music Festival. Currently, Paul is the Interim Senior Pastor and Pastor of Worship at Fourth Memorial Church in Spokane.
