Junior Orchestra: Conductor

Faye Atwood received a Bachelor of Music Education from Whitworth College and has done graduate studies at both Whitworth and Eastern Washington University. Ms. Atwood established the string program in the East Valley School District nearly twenty years ago. This string program has grown to be one of the largest and most successful in our area. In addition to teaching in the East Valley School District, Ms. Atwood offers private cello lessons and acts as clinician and adjudicator for various music competitions in the Pacific Northwest. She is the Music Director of the Spokane Valley Baptist Church. Faye and her husband are avid gardeners and live in the Spokane Valley with their two sons.
